Pre-COVID-19, interviewing for new work was normally in-person, and even if you have interviewed a thousand times; it was still filled with anxiety.
Interviewing virtually has an added layer of complexity. The technology can be challenging, your potential client may or may not be fluent in the technology, your team may not be together in the same location and overall, interviewing virtually requires even more planning than interviewing in person.
There is an art to visual interviewing and presenting. Diane Cullen-Levin, of Quad 2 International LLC, will share her winning forumla of...IMPACT, PERFORM, ENGAGE...in virtual interviews and presentations.
This session is designed for anyone on your team who would be involved in the interviewing process. It is most appropriate for Leadership, Business Development, Account Managers, Project Executives, Project Managers, Project Engineers, Project Architects, Superintendents, Pre-Construction, and Safety.
