Virtual Event - Join us from your computer!

The way we consume information has changed. Brevity and graphical content is our norm. So why do we produce the same stale proposal formats we’ve used for decades? There are new approaches. Among the disruptors is Lean’s A3 Thinking – using 11” x 17” sheets of paper. Used by other industries as a decision-making tool, some clients require A3s in lieu of traditional proposals. But how does this work? Come find out!

This is a virtual program. Registration will close 48 hours before the event. Registrants will receive a link to the virtual program 24 hours prior to the event.

    • Describe how and where Lean Principles apply to the Design and Construction Industry.
    • Demonstrate how A3 Thinking is being used to streamline professional selections.
    • Share best practices and lessons learned from those who use A3s in selections.
    • Show how to balance strategic thinking and graphic design in A3 proposals.
    • Provide helpful hints to how to incorporate A3s in project management, decision-making and reporting as well as to enhance traditional proposal formats.
