It's been over a decade since social platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter started changing our world.  Yet, in the conservative AEC marketplace, there's a common misnomer - our clients aren't on social media, so we don't need to be there either.  As this panel discussion will establish, our AEC clients are actively using social media to promote building projects and YOUR brand.

Whether you're struggling to get executive buy-in to increase your firm's social presence, or even wondering if it is worth the investment at all, one thing is for sure, our AEC clients ARE on social media.  If you aren't paying attention to how they are using social media to talk about YOUR projects, your'e missing out on a critical way to connect with them and market your firm.

When construction is going to disrupt operations of the heart of a senior living campus, a proactive approach is must for updating residents, staff, and visitors. Because the project was right in the middle of campus, the Brethren Village Public Relations department developed a comprehensive communications plan, including video updates with Warfel Construction staff. The videos were then shared on Facebook and YouTube and played on the community’s CCTV channel. Hear from Tara and Sara about the success of this effort and learn how the partnership helped to enhance the relationship between the two organizations.

The redevelopment of a historic building that’s been a cornerstone in the community can be exciting, challenging, and even controversial. For the York County Industrial Development Authority, developer of the Yorktowne Hotel, the past 18 months has meant a time of planning for a vibrant future of a 93-year-old fixture in downtown York, Pa.
