Eric Kazda – President & Senior Developer, Quantum Dynamics

Eric Kazda is a leading expert in the interactive development industry with over fifteen years of experience. With a mastery of critical development technologies, Eric has crafted innovative award-winning work for clients both large and small. Coupling this knowledge with a real world understanding of usability and technological feasibility, his work is developed to be accessible by every user.

In addition to his leadership of Quantum Dynamix, Eric is extremely active in the Lancaster County community. Eric served as the president of Lancaster Young Professionals for two terms. LYP is a non-profit organization that helps create a network for individuals just beginning their professional careers in Lancaster County.

Craig Kazda – Vice President, Quantum Dynamics

As VP, Craig Kazda facilitates the execution of each project from start to finish, helping you convey your vision and bring it to life. Craig’s primary objective is to make certain that all of your needs are addressed throughout the project, from detailed technical specifications to assisting with collecting assets. This allows the staff of Quantum Dynamix to focus on what they do best; creating innovative work that meets your objectives.

Outside of Quantum Dynamix, Craig is currently serving as the president for the Keystone Indoor Drill Association, a competitive marching arts organization that provides competitive opportunities for over ninety indoor color guards and percussion ensembles in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Lucas Stacey – Business Development Executive, Quantum Dynamics

Lucas brings a wealth of practical application knowledge to the Quantum Dynamix team. Prior to joining Quantum Dynamix, Lucas graduated with a Business Administration degree from Millersville University and immediately went to work honing his skills in the fashion industry; spending over 10 years managing both eCommerce and B2B sales efforts. This allows him to have a unique understanding of our client’s needs as he has faced the same challenges and worries they have.

Active in the Lancaster Community, Lucas has dedicated his time to Lancaster Young Professionals as a member of the Membership Committee and currently serves on the Planning Committee for the Lancaster Chapter of 100 Men Who Care. Outside of the office you can find Lucas manning the pipes on the soccer pitch or relaxing with a fine cigar.

Debbie Andrews – President, Marketri

Debbie is the Founder and President of Marketri LLC, a full service B2B Strategic Marketing Consulting and Fractional CMO company that provides customized, integrated marketing services designed to help businesses generate warm leads, secure new customers, and accelerate revenue. She has more than 20 years of marketing and business development experience, including nearly a decade of working at “Big Four” accounting firms. Recognizing the demand for marketing focused specifically on the needs of middle market B2B businesses, she opened Marketri in 2004. Since then, clients from across the B2B spectrum have turned to her for the strategic roadmaps that have guided them confidently and successfully forward.

Debbie earned her MBA in marketing and her BA in finance from the University of Maryland at College Park. She is active in her community and has served as a board member for the Bucks County SPCA, the Bucks County Workforce Investment Board, the Bucks County Historical Society, the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce, and the Rotary Club of Central Bucks. A native of Columbia, Maryland, she remains a die-hard Washington Redskins fan. Outside of work, she is an avid tennis player and enjoys practicing many different forms of yoga. She can often be found in a local café with a marketing strategy book in hand… and a venti coffee. She lives in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, with her beloved dog Trisha.

Cancellations made 24-hours prior to the event will be fully refunded.  Due to our commitment with the meeting facility for food and beverage quantities, all other cancellations or no-shows will be invoiced for the full cost of the event.
